Thanks for the late night updates, Peter! Sorry you didn't get a better result to make it more worth staying up for. It looks like Tara was a double break down in each of the sets she lost and a break down in the set she won - I wonder if her level rose during each set or Bychkova's fell.

Using new rankings from the iPhone app, with Naomi back in the top 200 and a big jump for Bychkova after she reached the final in Gifu last week:
