Strange two matches from Matt.

But he and Blecha won their doubles QF convincingly:

QF: Jorge Hernando & Ricardo Villacorta (ESP/ESP) CR 1900 (1411+489) lost to (4) Jan Blecha (CZE) & Matt Short CR 1590 (924+666) 6-1 6-2


In the semis, Matt and Blecha play the Spanish second seeds


(NB I note that the J PG twins don't play doubles together ! :)

Josh is 3*-4 down and has been broken 3 times so far.

If he's ever going to achieve anything then he needs to be more solid on his serve.

Such a pity / disgrace ( not good anyway ) that in all his development time, Josh did not become much more physically able or have a much much better serve. Makes it very tough to win pro tennis matches.

Hope he wins this one.
