Finally on the rankings - well deserved, I think, even if this one maybe wasn't too hard to win. He'll play Ed's conqueror next.

LOL at the first sentence - we wish! wink

Big smile for Dan the Man,

The other Dan, plus partner Ed, are two breaks down against the US duo in the dubs (remember seeing Chase at the Petits As, when he was a sweet round-faced kid).

Oh God!   Not only is typing all day on a PC making me dyslexic with single letters in words, it's now making me invert whole words within sentences!  Have no idea how I did that!   Wishful thinking perhaps?  wink

Don't worry, it's easily done when tired, in a rush or 'all screened out' - it made me do a double take, then produced a smile

Well done all around! Very glad for Mr Manlow. Always feel for players who keep winning through qualifying and then don't get their point. Seems rather hard lines. Now that he's got the first, things are on the way up.

Good doubles progression for the top seeds, and great effort from Danny there.

Richard Gabb: "Huge pump for the bigman* @DannyManlow ! Grinding his first point out and many more to come! #serve #volley #pump #209"

* As I believe has been mentioned before, Danny is 6' 5" tall according to his college profile
