Jade serving - threatening to add insult injury, Melichar's first BPs at *15-40. But... it's Jade's turn to save them, both! A third BP from deuce 1 is also rejected and Jade holds from deuce 2; with her first Ace sealing the hold: 1-0*

Fortunately I didn't stay up just to follow it. Still, it;s Jade, she's pretty good at comebacks - and having finally faced bps herself at the start of the 2nd set, she saved all three of them, potentially a very important hold.

It's tennis, it's a great game with a wonderful scoring system, except when they muck about with it in doubles ( particularly no ad ! ) and refuse to have final set TBs in any match ( I suspect I have more agreement on the first than the second of these ).

Depending on who you support, it can be damned frustating and awful, but also a huge relief and wonderful, and long may it be...
