Time for Tara to get back on track. Was expecting by now she'd be safely in the top 200 and still climbing

Expanding from what someone else noted in the Miami thread, this is definitely the smarter of next weeks $50K events to be entering.
Tara would only be 4th alternate in Osprey.

Heather is 6th qualifying seed in Florida, she'd be 5th seed in the MD here.

The acceptance lists are still subject to change, of course, but the general point holds.

Tara wrapped up a comfortable win 6-2 6-3

Next up is a tougher test Diana Marcinkevica (LAT) WR210 (H2H 1-1)
Tara won easily last time they met though.

QR2: Tara Moore WR 242 v (q3) Diana Marcinkevica (LAT) WR 210 (= CH)

H2H 1-1 - the Latvian won 4 & 4 in Glasgow in 2012 but Tara beat her comfortably, 1 & 2, in Barnstaple a few months ago

After seeing Tara play Kanepi last Wimbledon I can not understand how she isn't top 150, can somebody please explain? Motivational issues? Or was she just having a red hot day against the Estonian?

Not quite sure with Tata, but I certainly am surprised that she has not by now at least ensured that she will be top 250 ahead of this year's Wimbledon.

I think Tara is just inconsistent. She definitely has the game to beat anyone outside the top 100.

If anyone has the answer, one gets the impression that both her coaches, and her agent, would like to know what it is!

I presume Miss Moore has changed her name for sponsorship reasons. Is she going to be playing more in India now or does she get a free car???

Indiana, I did realise it was a typo. LOL. However if Tara is ever short of money then maybe an opportunity??
