Always reminds me of when we had Dean Cox playing for us (Brighton), who was also small, and when he scored we would chant 'we've got tiny Cox'!! Probably would not work in a tennis match!!

Oh, I dunno - if you went to any French tennis match, it'd go down a treat ! As I said, when I went to Wimbly qualies, the French contingent spent most of the time enjoying themselves, making farting noises just as Gicquel was about to hit the ball and shouting things like: move your ar*e, Grandad !
L32: Dan Cox WR 243 beat (PR) Izak van der Merwe (RSA) UNR (CH 113 in 2011) by 3 & 1
A good start for Dan, which could well mean another career high after Miami. Not quite as bad as R1 here last year for the South African - he got injured and was out for the rest of 2013, hence the UNR, though he did get a ranking point in Sherbrooke last week.
Tomorrow: (rankings updated)
L32: Ed Corrie WR 337 v (6) Andreas Beck (GER) WR 178 (CH 33 in 2009) L32: Dan Smethurst WR 270 v (WC) Richard Gabb WR 425 - H2H 2-0

L16: Dan Cox WR 243 v (7) Vincent Millot (FRA) WR 199 (CH 147 in 2011)
Vincent's still on a bit of a roll after his unexpected success in Oz but he hasn't really got anything to be scared of; he's been in the 200s for the last two years (with a small blip up into the low 300s) - in fact he's pretty much been in the 200s for the lat 5-6 years, with a relatively short foray into the 150-ish.
