Great live stream, isn't it. Nasty next match-up. Will have to up the game a bit - those two certainly aren't going to give much away on serve.

Oh dear! cry

QF:  Sam Groth & Chris Guccione (AUS/AUS) CR 148 (80+68) defeated (4) Ken Skupski & Neal Skupski CR 138 (66+72) by 7-6(3) 6-4

What a pity!  The boys came from *1-5 to *4-5 only to get broken in the tenth game of the second set. hmm  That said, as Spectator suggested in the preceding post, it was always going to be tough agin the powerful Aussie semi-veterans. hmm  And yes, the ATP live stream is a wonder to behold compared with "dodgyvision"!    Grateful to CD for reminding me that it was available - & free!

Hmm. Not wholly surprised. There was some nice, sharp play in what I saw of the first match, but there were also some less lovely games. Not a huge issue with Kuznetsov and Zverev, but Messrs Groth and Guccione are more than slightly scary. Unfortunate to face them in the QFs.
