Sadly, Danny lost in the end, but wow, what a performance in only his 2nd Futures singles main draw match!
@filippeliwo: "Won my first match of the year today, 6-4 6-7 7-6! Wasn't easy but I pulled through against a huge server. Glad to get it, on to the next 1! Finished the match with a little bit of #BeastMode . Now gotta do it again tomorrow!"

GB on a shirt, Davis Cup still gleaming, 79 years of hurt, never stopped us dreaming ... 29/11/2015 that dream came true!
ITF says 7-6 (3) for final tie-break in the Manlow match. Very nice work by Mr Manlow against a seeded player ... albeit a pity he didn't make it through.
His result makes quite a contrast to those of two fellow qualifiers, who were handed double bagels (by Rochus and Wietoska).
Gabb goes down 6-4 6-1. Slight bit if good news is that all the seeds in Dan and Eds half are out so a good chance for another final for them as they are due to meet in the semis.
