Just three Brits through in singles and two of those played other GB players.

George is a break down now in final set

I predicted 8 into next round, i think we will struggle to get 5-6 now.

Ash seals a good victory over Freddie Neilson 7-6(2) 6-2

Would someone please tell Freddie to stick to doubles. I'm sure we could find him a partner.  wink

Cam lost 2 & 2, not really adjusting to the 'frozen north'(ern hemisphere) at the moment, it seems - given the rankings and what we know he's capable of, I thought he'd push Wunner close and probably beat him.

Excellent win for Ashley - it ends Freddie's latest 9-match Brit-bashing streak in singles Also ensures at least one GB quarter-finalist. Hopefully not the only one! It will be the only all-GB R2 match though.

Not looking too good overall. But that looks like another good effort by Harry, in keeping with the improvements he has shown. While of course we and he ( and Josh ) would want the win, I'd more focus on that rather than any supposed chances to win.

Julian Cash gets edged out in a 1st set TB 7-6(5) against Rosenholm.

Pauffers match for some reason doesn't appear on my livescores despite multiple refreshes.

But captures the second by 6-4 to take the match into a decider.  wink
