RE: Week 9 - Great Britain F6 ($10,000) - Shrewsbury (Hard)

With Arvidsson leading *4-2 and 30-0 in the 2nd, the score has dropped off Bet365 live scores after another lengthy delay.

I fear Josh may have retired.

Fourth doubles title (with four different partners) in 6 months for Mr Bambridge (5th overall - the outlier was in May 2013, also with a different partner), second for Mr Martin. Well done to both.

More recent than you'd think - Edgbaston early last November, where Grigelis beat de Loore in the final and unseeded James Marsalek was the only British singles semi-finalist. We only had one of the top 4 seeds there though - top seed Marcus, who was beaten by Fitzy in the QFs. There were three other GB seeds - (5) Josh Goodall went out in R1, (6) Tom Farquharson lost to Grigelis in the QFs and (8) Oli Golding, just back from injury, lost to JWH in R1.

You're right that it has been a rare occurrence in the last couple of years though
