No, but you can set the language .
Click "Main Menu" or whatever it says - the box about an inch and a half in form the bottom left hand corner.
You can then select English.

Phew. I'm sorry she's unwell at all and had to retire, but so glad that it's not some kind of horrid injury. Hope she recovers quickly and can hit the ground running at IW.
