Corrie, Smethurst, Hewitt, Broady, Pauffley, Marsalek, Bambridge and Coupland are DAs here.

Qualifying Draw is very strong with 33 of the 48 players being ranked.

Probably wild cards for George Morgan and Cameron Norrie, maybe also for Julian Cash. All other ranked players who were on the acceptance list are in qualifying so hard to say who else.

Interesting that Toby and Peter Ashley lost and good win for Clay.

Excellent win for Harry, Jack was playing well at the Wirral.

Harry, Bloomers, Carter will be players no one wants to meet in the first round.

Nicolas was on great form obviously last tourney so beating Peter Ashley is maybe no surprise. I quite like Adam TB - slightly strange guy (not said critically) but saw him play some very good stuff against Ed Corrie so can imagine him beating Toby on a day when all's going well. Am wondering if Jhun can get the win, too,

Some interesting pairings in the doubles.

Liam playing with Irishman Cluskey. Luke playing with Sweden's Ymer . . . ?

And Cameron and Sendy playing together - do they have MD WCs by any chance ? Have I missed something ?

Thanks. Knew there had been some mention of wildcards but had forgotten that Norrie's name had come up.

 

and Adam TB falls short, losing 6-2 7-5 to the German.  :(
