 There is a  book published in 2019  entitled "More to Gain than just the Game" by Dave Courteen. He's involved with Shrewsbury Club indoor tennis centre. It's a motivational type of book and there are some excellent photos by Richard Dawson. Ii is interesting to note that the photograph on the cover is an action shot of Carla Buyukakcay.
