Actually, Ukraine could also still do it winning 2 sets, if it's the first two ( and hence only two ) sets of the doubles.

i.e. 2-0 2-1 0-2

So, if Heather wins, we need one set in the doubles. If Heather loses we need to win the doubles by any score.

 Yes, forgot about that permutation. We need 2 sets anyway that bit was right.
