No messing about from Oli today!

L16: (6) Oli Golding WR 397 beat João Domingues POR WR 549 (CH 542 in Nov) by 6-2 3-6 6-0

That's 20 wins in a row! (in singles matches he has actually started)

I was following the long 2-0 game where he had BPs, but got distracted and left it at Ad Domingues. Come back and it's all over!

15 double faults though, jeezus. Why does he make so many?

Well done, Kyle.

There, he can bagel a set, twitter idiot ( I do hope you didn't bet on a 3rd set bagel ) :)

H2H 1-0 - Oli beat JPG 4 & 0 in last week's QFs

Doesn't he play his brother Jaime?

Yes - the pesky twins got me in the end - I looked for the Pulgar-Garcia result and because Javier's was the only match showing up on ITF livescores (the matches keep going on and off it today - very annoying), I assumed the obvious (but wrong) thing. Oli says Jaime is a set down at the moment though.

Ahh I did wonder. Yes it is annoying. I saw that Jaime score earlier but then when I went back to check, it was Javier's then I got confused. Haha.

This should be right - the Niesten v other twin match doesn't seem to want to reappear on livescores but bet365 have it recorded as a straight sets win to the Dutchman.

QF: (6) Oli Golding WR 397 v Miliaan Niesten (NED) WR 585 (CH 431 last Apr)

I thought it was very nice of Oli to refer to it as a "rare mistake" from you wink
