That's a career best ranking scalp for George, beating his previous best ranking scalp ... which was his win against Dave last month!

It takes him into his 2nd Futures singles SF - the previous one (at Loughborough in October) was the last time Dave beat him - in a pro match, anyway - no doubt they play each other quite often in training which may be where George has learnt to beat him.

Very much hope that Mr Bambridge wins, but if Mr Rosenzweig is back to his 2012 form as opposed to his late 2013 form, I wouldn't class a loss as a big, big disappointment.
