Glad to see Dan got the W in the end - although Beck is clearly on a decline I suspect he can still be a tricky customer to actually beat.

Well not the most inspiring of results, although to be fair as a former top 50 player Beck probably still has moments where he is very good, but a win is a win.

Evo goes from playing a former top 40 player to playing a former top 60 player - Phau set a CH of 59 in 2006.

They have met twice before - Dan won in 3 sets at the Helsinki Challenger in 2009 but lost in straight sets in Miami qualies in 2012.

While this is true Phau has seriously declined in the past year or so. There really is no way that Evo should lose this.
