I like Dan he is really watchable as a tennis player. So talented and yes I know he self destructs.
Now hopefully this year top 100

Very good win for Dan, there can't be many better opportunities to get to an ATP quarter-final than vs Berrer, so hopefully he can make the most of it.

I take back all I said about Evo on Monday - though it was only in my own company!

Well done, hope he can have a great run this week. It would be reassuring to see him string together a consistent set of results so that his ranking isn't too dependent on the pile of points he earned up to and during the US Open.

 I don't think court 1 is streamed unfortunately. Work to do early as Dan is broken to love and Berrer consolidates to love *1-4

Dan's getting mashed at the moment - 1-5* with the first four games that Berrer won (3 holds and a break) all being won to love

... and he holds to love again (16 service points in a row) to take the 1st set 6-1.

Evo started off with a comfortable service game but seems to be putting himself under pressure with too many missed first serves. % plummeted to 33. 

A double break and Berrer by contrast hasn't dropped a point on serve. he takes the game and the set.
