Jasika reached Junior No 21 last March at the age of just 15 and would probably be a bit higher than that now but only played 2 junior events in the second half of last year.
...and would be higher still if he had been allowed to keep his points from a G1 SF the week after the two matches which Steven mentions. A poster in the juniors thread reported disciplinary issues ( http://britishtennis.activeboard.com/t53030267/boys-24th-mitsubishi-lancer-international-junior-championshi/ ) which conflicted with the announced explanation for his withdrawal - since the ITF decided to take off all his points, they clearly did not accept the explanation. It also possibly sheds light on the double bagel the week before

His facebook page does give the impression, fairly or otherwise, that he isn't the most professional of young sportsman.
Hey, that does look a really cracking result for Cameron. Looking very encouraging so far this year and certainly a guy looking ready to make big strides forward.
Great news to wake up and see that result from Cameron. To echo Indiana, he definitely seems to be showing some great early form this year and beating 2 seeds in qualifying should certainly give him more confidence, especially with Zverev being the world junior number 1. I see he's got got the 6th seed in the main draw, Matt Reid. Shame he couldn't get a bit of an easier ride there, but hopefully with his current form he can put in another strong performance and fingers crossed for the upset! Best of luck to him.
Unfortunately, Cameron drew the short straw when qualifiers were placed. Brydan has got very lucky though - if he gets past Banes, he'll play a wild card in R2 (albeit a top 30 junior), the 8th seed having had a bad day today.
L32: (Q) Cameron Norrie WR 976 v (6) Matt Reid (AUS) WR 183 (= CH after winning the Burnie Challenger last week)
L32: Brydan Klein WR 403 v (Q) Maverick Banes (AUS) WR 719 (CH 614 in 2012)
