Now that's interesting! Can't imagine much more different (at least to people looking from a distance) personalities than Mr Marray and Mr Tursunov, but they could be a formidable combination ... especially if they were to play in the grass court season.

I thought Jonny was in bed with Paul this season?

Their combined ranking wouldn't get them into this event.

After Dan's run to the QF's (and hopefully further) in Zagreb, I do wonder how well he will perform at the Quimper challenger, with it being a "step back down" so to speak and it being pretty obvious he rises to the challenge on the big stage. I hope i'm proved wrong and he does really well though!

Hopefully, he'll remember that, all things being equal, he lost his FQR match and shouldn't have been in the main draw anyway.

Evan has withdrawn from Portugal. He tweeted that having withdrawn from the Wirral this week, he has had an MRI scan that has revealed a stress fracture of the back. That is really tough luck.

Plenty of chances of keeping that GB consecutive run of winning weeks going.

That's really hard on Mr Hoyt - who one hopes will recover well and soon.
