Phew! 9 holds in a row before Kyle got that break. If I remember right, Wolmarans is huge (6'6 or something like that) so when he's having a good serving day, he must be very tough to break.

Other matches are all finished. Winner will play Arvidsson (21yo WR727, CH554) who has dropped just 8 games all week, hitting 4 bagels and including one today against the 2nd seed!
First (Crivoi) and third seed (De Greef) contest the other semi-final.
And after a mammoth game Kyle breaks again! *5-1.

QF: (4) Kyle Edmund WR 372 beat (SE) Fritz Wolmarans (RSA) WR 640 (CH 198 in 2011) by 3-6 7-5 6-1
SF: (4) Kyle Edmund WR 372 v (Q) Isak Arvidsson (SWE) WR 727 (CH 554 in Jul)
8 wins in a row for Kyle but Arvidsson upset the 2nd seed today and has already won 7 matches in straight sets this week (4 of them in qualifying) with 4 bagels in 3 matches in the main draw. Having said that, he did get a fellow-qualifier in R1 and a lucky loser (who had got through R1 with a retirement) in R2, so today's win was his first big victory.
