Yes. Dom/Treat win 4-6 6-4 6-3

Got some nice odds on them when they were a set down as well

Well done, Reeltime  - the double whammy.

And great stuff from both pairs - with a special smile for Ross, of course.

R1: (12) Dom Inglot & Treat Huey (PHI) CR 50 (22+28) defeated Robert Farah & Juan Sebastián Cabal (COL/COL) CR 86 (40+46) by 4-6-6-4 6-3
R1:  Colin Fleming & Ross Hutchins UNR (technically... wink ) defeated Marinko Matosevic & Michal Przysiezny (AUS/POL) CR 886 (208+578) by 4-6 6-4 6-0 biggrin

Great result for both teams!   Was really pleased to see the news about Colin's & Rosco's win &, arguably, even more so Dom's & TCH's, as I'd feared the worst in that encounter.

It's fantastic to see Ross back playing and winning again. :)

Decent writeup about Colin & Ross on the BBC website including post match interviews.

Very good results for both pairs. Especially pleased for Ross picking up his first win since his return.

Given Dom and Treat were seeded - suprised their odds were so generous at the start.

Are all the rounds best of three?

Excellent wins there!

So very pleased for Ross. There was a lovely interview with him on the Beeb this morning.

Farah and Cabal were about the worst draw you could have had as a seed, so I, too, am glad they're through that. And, of course, delighted for the "unranked" pair. Feels as if with that accomplished, they can now begin in earnest.

Really happy for Ross to get that first win back on the tour and wish him and Colin all the best in the next round and for the rest of the year. Great result also for Dom and Treat, as that was definitely one of the tougher draws for a seed to pick up in the first round. Fingers crossed that we'll be reading about further doubles success tomorrow!
