Did Ms Watson and Ms Falconi travel together/play doubles together at some point? Or am I thinking of someone else? At any rate, I don't think Ms Falconi is an opponent to be underestimated, though I think/hope that Ms Watson is likely to win.
Edit: Yes, they played together in 2012 at St Gaudens. Why on earth I remembered that is beyond me ...

Jo holds to 30 to get her nose in front for the first time in the match. 1-0
Has 15-30 but Sav wins the next 3 points. 1-1
This is better, a love service game from Jo. 2-1
Argh! 3 or 4 break points saved by Savchuk. 2-2
Jo broken at 30. 2-3. things not looking good at all. Form not improving
Savchuk holds to 30. Now 2-4...c'mon Jo just one break down in this set
More Break points for savchuk.....
Takes it on her 2nd. its now 2-5. savchuk serving for the match.
Savchuk takes the match on her second match point. Jo loses 1&2 which is disappointing considering her efforts yesterday. Jo had 5 break points and didn't convert any. savchuk took 4from 8. 40 unforced errors as opposed to 13..pretty much sums things up.
Good luck tomorrow Hev
