Happy to see that, also that Tom seems to be back to a decent level, hopefully he can pick up where he left off.

Neil is being a bit careful - he's playing in Germany the next 2 weeks and has felt a niggle in his hamstring this week.

sorry to hear that, Sherbert, but it sounds very sensible to play it safe - hope it disappears and he has a good time in Germany smile

Looks like Luke Bambridge has withdrawn from Portugal to fly back and play the Nottingham British Tour.

Ash Hewitt, Rob Carter, Andy Bettles, and others are also taking part . . .

Hmm, just because Bob in Spain has morphed into Bob in Brazil doesn't mean he won't notice Luke and Ashley deserting their main task of getting into the top 500.

De-morphing tomorrow, for a few days anyway. And YES, I had noticed - naughty boys.

In the first two semis this morning, Luke had a big battle with Andy, and Hudson also needed three sets:

Luke B def. Andy Bettles 4-6 6-1 6-4

Oliver Hudson def. Chris Morrow 6-0 3-6 6-1

And yet they're down to play their semi match at 11.30 this morning. Presumably that's been pushed back but why would you put both matches for the morning ? The other QFs are for 10.15 with the semi at 12.45 - is this a mistake ? Is it just an admin thing but not respected ? Normally, you would schedule 3 hours between the end of one match and the start of the next (2 hrs in an emergency). But they've put 45-60 mins.

The times only allow 75 minutes for each match, so I think it's just an admin thing and in effect, they are "not before" times.
