Excellent signs for Dan. A good run here and in qualification for the AO will be massively helpful. One thought for this season though. This has to be the year that Dan gets more experience on the clay. It is difficult to have a really good ranking without clay exposure. Plus it will help him improve his all-round game.

Really encouraging. Dan is one of the players I am most looking forward to following over the next year.

Very encouraging start to the year for Evo. Good stuff.

I think the clay point is debatable. Yes, it could ( probably would ) help his overall game, but he can still achieve a really good ranking largely ignoring the red stuff. Arguably could actually be an unhelpful distraction in the short term.

So, maybe a question of how long term he is thinking just now. Personally I'd be more for concentrating on hard ( with the short grass interlude ) and getting his ranking up.
