Jade's match is still stuck, which suggests a rain delay ... except that another match that was still live at the same time now seems to have finished, so maybe she's still playing and the scoring gadget has conked out.

Edit: looks like the latter explanation is correct, since another match is now in play and someone there who is reporting on all the Indian players has tweeted about the odd problem with the scoring equipment.

Yeah I think Em might have ran out of steam, and she will only have gotten to India yesterday. Shame as that was a good draw for 8 points, same as she got last week grinding out several victories.

Hopefully she can do well in the doubles and then get a win next week in Mubai to finish the season.

Bit miserable in the singles but for the dub fans both girls won their first round matches:

Ksenia PALKINA (KGZ) / Jade WINDLEY (GBR) [3] def. Diana BOGOLIY (UKR) / Kamila KERIMBAYEVA (KAZ) 3-6 7-5 [10-6]

Nungnadda WANNASUK (THA) / Emily WEBLEY-SMITH (GBR) def Snehadevi S REDDY (IND) / Dhruthi TATACHAR VENUGOPAL (IND) 7-6(5) 6-3

which, along with Anna and Joss, means they all four got through to the quarter finals.
