One of the advantages of Luke's win by retirement, is that the one set he played may act as a nice little warm-up for his QF against Nekic who hasn't had to play today. At least Luke didn't have to play a long 3 setter.

Really good signs from Luke in the last few weeks. I think he is laying a solid platform for a strong year next year.

I don't know if A1 is paying attention to this, but you will have to be careful with what you say before a match. I looked at the odds on Malouli and they were darn good. I was tempted to clean up, but did not want to get anyone into trouble. Please do not be as open with this sort of info before the match. Sorry to be the messenger of doom, but this has the potential to hurt Marcus in the future if the situation happens again.

Liam sneaks the TB 8-6. Both players had SPs but Liam came through.

And a very quick hold to love gives him a 7-6(8) 6-2 win and another semi final.

I doubt you get into trouble for taking into account information given out in a public tennis forum ! It's certainly not insider dealing. Should have gone for it, chavkev.

While clearly in many ways good for us, I agree that whether this forum should be learning so much is rather questionable.
