And from 3-3 in the 1st set, Liam goes on to take 9 games in a row to complete a 6-3 6-0 victory over last weeks semi finalist, Karlovskiy.

Showing some really good form and consistency at the moment.

Liam's QF opponent is still in the balance. The other seed in his section (2) Gomez Herrera went out in the 1st round. So Liam will play either Cacic WR 655 (CH 250) of Japanese qualifier Goto WR 1918 (CH 1852)

Cacic and Goto are currently in the third set.

I think play has been cancelled for today.

Edit: Ah yes ATP/ITF confirm. So two matches tomorrow if Luke and Oli win their R2 and potentially 3 for Marcus including the doubles

And serves out to love. Just hope Marcus' knee doesn't react badly.

It would be sadly ironic if his knee swells up again now and he is forced to retire from the doubles as a result. Hope I am just being a "doomsday" merchant and that he is OK.
