Looks like the three Qatar Futures start from week 49, but Barth is indeed on the entry list for Senegal. Anyway, the big news is that Óscar Hernández* is back! Let's see where he ends up playing but I'm surprised that he still has a Protected Ranking - does Sampras have one??

* Fun Óscar  fact: if you ignore the Slams and the two 96 draw Masters, where one gets a 0-pointer for withdrawing (and a lot of money for simply turning up), his last 26 tournaments have been on clay!

I assume if Josh G is in Cambodia, Harry is out with him.

Yesterday Harry 67th alt, today 66th alt.

Will he make it into the qualifying?

Yes. Come deadine day for withdrawals next week, he will shoot up and into the qualies with no problem.

But a similar thought occured to me. If Harry gets to 1st Alt on the day before the tournament, does Josh play or does he withdraw to allow his "protege" to get in. My guess is he would withdraw.

The girls going to Greece currently look to be:
MD
Laura Deigman
Katy Dunne
Harriet Dart
QD
Beth Askew
Rona Berisha

Katy and Harriet seemingly now preferring Greece to Egypt where, currently, the other girls are still playing, and also India Sanders and Dominique Covington

Natalie Syme also on the Q list for Morocco

Looks like a few sun-seekers are going to enjoy themselves . .. .

You would like to hope that HDM is good enough to qualify as top seed in a futures in Cambodia, but it is a good question you raise.
Or indeed would goody tank if they got drawn against each other in round 1?

I'm certain that Goody wouldn't tank if he wants MeeHan Solo to improve as player. And I like to believe that Josh is a nice guy, so yeah, I don't see him tanking

Just Katy, Harriet and Beth still on the entry lists which looks very weak and a decent chance for Beth to get another ranking point and Katy and Harriet to pick up a few. Katy should be seeded.

Egypt looks rather loaded in comparison.

Only looks like 29 entries for Greece, so Beth should make main draw and Katy will be seeded.

Just Em will get a seeding in Egypt

Seems like a couple of blokes will be playing the qualies in Dakar - do like a change of venue !

And Karl Grossey is giving qualifying another go, this time in Croatia - quite a high standard though - interesting he seems to favour Germany and Croatia - there are easier tournaments around . . .
