Fantastic result, and it's always a pleasure seeing people do well in Challengers.

Get in Dave - watched him last two weeks and very impressed with Dave's game. As I said last week definitely top 200 material.

His returning is excellent, he has great passing shots a good forehand and a decent serve. The only slight criticism is that he may need to work on that backhand to make it more of a weapon and more consistent.

I wouldn't be surprised if he wins a couple more matches this week.

Well, Salmon may have a good lead over Indiana in the "Race to 10000 posts", but there are certainly no favourites in the "Race to the Year End British No. 5".

*Corrie - 133
*Rice - 127
Willis - 117
*Klein - 100
*AWard - 96
Hewitt - 94
Gabb - 87

About 148 points are required to get into the top 300.

Not counting Kyle? or are you assuming he is done for the year. Dave Rice will finish 5th.

Fantastic! We know both these guys can play much better than their rankings and for them both to beat higher ranked players near/at the peak of their games at a challenger is a great surprise.

Sorry, that was a mistake. I normally include Kyle!

Being a bit pernickety or actually correct LOL, Dave is just on 126 since he already had 18 counters, so although he has added 7 so far this week he also drops 1. His 18th counter will now be 3.

As for that other "race" Salmon referred to, I think this forum would benefit from some point by point posts during matches and I'm your man !
