 im going to go with the fact that craiglockhart is the only real place that could host  challenger with the only possible other place being stirling uni. (they even managed to get  reasonable size stand when i went there for  university tournament the other month.

however before a challenger is in scotland i think we need a british tour up in Aberdeen (wesburn tennis centre is more than capable of hosting one) and a british tour in edinburgh along with more futures, possible one at stirling uni and in the north of scotland.
