Yes! First title of the year for the pair and they've only won two titles together but they have both been 500's!

Dom is now the new English doubles number 1.

Glad they got a title this year after reaching three other finals.

Now it'd be nice if Jonny could win a title after reaching two finals. Repeat (and more) of his Paris run last year?

Dom & Treat are now up to 11th in the Race, just behind Jamie and John. They too need to reach the Final in Paris and have other results go their way (even more other results than J & J need!) to finish in the top 8. More realistically, R1 in Paris might end up deciding who gets the 1st alternate place at the O2 ... or the two half-GB pairs could meet in the QFs to decide it, but that would require some big wins along the way!

Not really stop press stuff but just to say that the top division of the French league kicks off this weekend and Dominic Inglot is down on the team list.

Doesn't mean that he's necessarily playing - you never know till the actual morning (Saturday, for the men, in this case). But I'll check if he does (and if so how he gets on).

NB I think this is a new signing. And Dom's the only Brit playing in the first division so well done to him and good luck.

Just to say, Dom didn't play today - and unfortunately the first doubles team lost the deciding match on a match tie-break so the team lost 4-2 (Dom, they needed you!)

For anyone who wants to see a bit of live Div 1 French league tennis - including wild clapping,, bazookas, etc. and we're not even at a deciding match !!! - Dom's team has livestreamed their match against Colomiers (suburb of Toulouse).
