A win should be enough to put Liam into the top 500 for the first time. A defeat may just be a touch short of it.

FINAL: (4) Liam Broady WR 571 v (2) Claudio Fortuna (ITA) WR 486 (CH 476 2 weeks ago)

Fortuna beat Klec 1 & 3 today and looks to have been getting better as the week has gone on, unfortunately.

Great to see Liam reach another final, building nicely. Looks like the final will be tough, but every confidence the Stockport lad can get it done.

Forum punning is catching on, even Liam's in on it :

Liam Broady @Liambroady 6h

Won today 6-4 7-6 (2). Second futures finals! Got Fortuna tomorrow... Hopefully I will be fortuitous...

Naah !

Liam maybe in the final tomorrow, but he wouldn't even make it through the qualies in the "punning" stakes wink

LOL that's exactly what I thought when I saw it. His problem is, it's neither good enough nor appallingly bad enough

Both singles and doubles finals about to kick off.

Hopefully Liam will take his chances... Fortuna favours the brave

The guys still young, many players dont make the break-through until mid-twenties.  I say he's progressing nicely, let him develop his own style, just get off his back furious

wink
