The skupski brothers are making serious break through in doubles defeating the no8 highest ranked pair in the world   - massive

Been fan of ken for years and was shame when broke with colin Fleming but its brilliant that we have GB answer to the Bryan bros I expect them to soon be officially GB no1 pair .

Consequently they no longer need funding but be great to have them in our Aegon or national indoors doubles team & in GB Davis cup v USA be great !

More important can somebody let Steven know that the clock on this forum is an hour out, it hasn't been put forward.

Edit a post and you will understand what I mean.

It was a tremendous result for the Skupskis.

Just for accuracy purposes though, Mirnyi and Tecau CR 52 ( 24 + 28 ) are currently WR 9 in the race, not WR 8.

 I stand corrected top 10  then !

Which means that very shortly at this rate

The Bros. Skupski will be the no1 all

GB doubles pair & possible selectiOns for the Davis cup clash with the USA ?

Err no, for me Fleming and either Murray, Marray or Hutchins ( if he makes a very rapid recovery ) will clearly still be ahead of the Skupskis as the best / most appropriate pair to face the USA in the Davis Cup.

It is about getting the BEST pair to help WIN the tie rather than some reward as to where a pair may place among all British combinations at a particular time ( though at the moment Fleming & Marray clearly remain top all Brit pair in the current race ).

Hutchins wont be in the frame

I think skupskis Could soon become our best pair - 2 brothers are going to

Give it everything for each other and will have a greater understanding/ communication

I meant Andy Murray by the way, although arguably a Fleming / Jamie Murray combination would still come ahead of the Skupskis.

The Skupskis in time maybe, but certainly not for the USA Davis Cup tie.

No, Leon picks the team and he appears to be very good at it.

Not something we mods can change, I'm afraid. There might be some other settings that one of the two admins could change but they aren't around much these days. I just treat as what it is, i.e. GMT all year round. It'll be back right either way you look at it in a couple of weeks time.
