Tara loses 2-6 2-6. A bit of a crushing one-sided loss really - not a single BP created in a high level womens' match is very unusual indeed.

Yes, very decisive loss, but still in a match Tara was clear underdog to win.

One very good win, one decisive loss, both to higher ranked opponents. Onto next week..

JoKo and Tara may have both lost early to unseeded players, but those players (Paszek and Pliskova) will contest the Final tomorrow!
