Can't be that bad, Krajicek beat seed one!

Yes, I meant Krajicek's recent form has been very good despite her low ranking (if that's the post you were referring to)

Tara has had a few niggly injuries/health issues since Wimby so I don't think her lack of form was all due to a confidence issue.

Next up one of two very good 19 year olds.

Just frustrating that Tara cannot put it together like this week more often, she definitely has the ability. Definitely believe she is a confidence player.

Both teens are heavy hitters! tough next match too!

Yes, Phil, and didn't she also have a couple of minor issues between her early year North American successes and the French Open.

The odd disappointment, but bearing everything in mind the girl's done good.

Go, Tara Moore !

Actually looking back over the year, Tara when playing has still pulled together a pretty consistent set of ranking scores, with her biggest one being the err surprise 50 points title in Surprise. And she seems to currently be the only British woman who has a score as high as 8 points that doesn't get into her "best 16".

So there is maybe some feel of a confidence player, but a very steady eady record

Happy to read that she came through that tough test.

Hoping that she will continue with her good form here.

She rallies, breaks back and now leads 2 - 1 though only back on serve

I saw An-Sophie in the Wimbly qualies and thought she was an amazing athlete and had an amazingly fierce desire to win but I wasn't blown away by anything else. However, she's young and must be improving all the time (and Tara does wobble at key moments).

But, net net, my money's on Tara . . .

Need to take care now if broken the set is gone sooo quickly!

However a good time for Tara to break herself.
