92% of first service points won!  No double faults!  Clinical! biggrin  The boys seem to be enjoying quite a purple patch at the moment. wink

SF:  Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 73 defeated Julian Knowle & Jürgen Melzer (AUT/AUT) CR 95 by 3 & 4

*****

Final:  Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 73 vs (4) Rohan Bopanna & Edouard Roger-Vasselin (IND/FRA) CR 33

Back to back finals! Great job. Can't ask for much more than that.

(Back to back wins might be nice though) haha smile

The final will be tough but the boys should be full of confidence.

Brilliant. Was reading a report somewhere, too (can't remember where) by a non-Brit which said that Mr Murray was playing really well (Edit before posting: yes, here it is: www.changeovertennis.com/thailand-open-raonics-triumph-hawk-eye-works/ Can't remember how I found it).

With Gonzalez/Lipsky having gone out in the first round this past week ... and facing a mighty GB team this week ... could a second alternates position be a possibility for Murray and Peers? Even if not, their accmplishments are worth celebrating.

Good stuff Jamie. Certainly becoming a contender for GB doubles number 3 behind Willis and Burton

Sadly, they suffered the same fate as Dom & TCH (with almost exactly the same score):

Final:  (4) Rohan Bopanna & Edouard Roger-Vasselin (IND/FRA) CR 33 defeated Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 73 by 7-6(5) 6-4 cry

Still a damn' good week for them.
