Broken six times today. Very sub-standard performance against a distinctly average opponent. Signs of the old Dan today. Good opportunity wasted this week. Very disappointing.

I didn't watch the match but I will say that it is disappointing but not hugely surprising. I always fear the worst whenever Dan has what should be a fairly easy match up and if it was wind effected then the result is even less surprising as Dan is a truly awful player in windy conditions. Were it not for my position of never betting against a British player I would have had a few quid on Jenkins.

Watching a bit of Kokkinakis and Kyrgios, is it any surprise that Dan E and Nick are such good friends ? They're practically clones of each other on court !!! Not the tennis/shot production etc. but in their mannerisms - Nick is all twitchy, and muttering, and racing between points as though he's got a train to catch (whereas Thanisi is all cool and languid) - it's just like a darker haired version of Dan.
The two of them playing doubles must be hilarious !
What's that infernal noise? Are they playing on a building site.
No, but the noise must be from very high winds. My stream is breaking up a lot, but you can clearly see the trees in the background taking one hell of a buffeting.
