By the way, the Beeb has preempted the poll - says it's Inglot/Fleming.

Just noticed that - Neil Harman had said he knew but implied it was embargoed until an hour before the match. However, the LTA have now tweeted it as well, so presumably it is correct.

It doesn't mean people can't still vote on whether they'd have done the same or different, of course.

Glad they're playing this combination. Don't expect a win given Bryans' clay pedigree and relative lack of our team's experience on the surface ... but should be exciting (and one can hope).

Yay ! My Fleming & Inglot vote is in. So far Mr Smith is doing everything I have mapped out for him, good man :)

Despite the fact I would have gone with Murray, I'm thrilled to see BBD get the nod and as we're all saying I trust Leon's decisions and he is yet to let us down. I'm hoping for a good match preferably win a W at the end but I'd be happy so long as they push the Bryans.

I told you last night. Murray wants a second live singles rubber so he can pick up another 40 points wink

Just noticed that Mr Inglot's former university teammates (Devvarman and Huey) both won their Davis Cup matches today. Be nice to keep the record going ...

You're right, I'm sorry I'd forgotten Murray is going all out for the number one ranking this year.

not the best start to the match losing the set 2-6 but they can take heart from James' turnaround yesterday maybe...

Dom the weak link so far, although he's had some nice touches as well. It's quite clear these two aren't used to playing with each other though. Hopefully they improve as the match goes on.

Dom has settled but Colin lost his serve to give the Bryans a 5-3 lead and serving.
They've duly taken the 2nd set 6'3.

Lots for the British pair to do - i.e. win 3 sets!!!

To be honest, the Bryans are playing very well indeed: I'm not sure that Andy and Colin would be winning either - maybe closer, but still. I do think resting Andy was the right choice.

Ha, I see from a graphic that the Bryans are hopeless in Davis Cup 5th sets with a 0% win record ( 0-2 ) so just win sets 3 & 4 and we should be pretty much there :)

Just glad BBD has had a chance to play as he's out no 1, and it's just been the Flutchkins show so far. He's doing well, settled in now. Hope it goes to 5
