Good to hear then that Janes showed decent form. James has had a rather uninspiring start to the year, but anywhere approaching his best it was to be expected that he would outplay Kyle here and maybe just reaffirm that he was the guy to go with.

agreed, and he certainly seems to be doing enough at the moment - though I wouldn't say Young is putting up much of a defence just now.

Not to mention expend as little effort as possible in case he plays in the doubles as well.
Slightly off topic, I never tire of hearing those magical words "the Wimbledon champion", safe in the knowledge that, until early July at least, they can refer only to Andy!
Never really seen the problem people have with John Lloyd, always seemed such a nice, genuine bloke to me and a very easy commentator to listen to, knows when he needs to talk and has a very good knowledge of the game
