JoKo beat Zheng 1 & 3 in Roland Garros qualifying (so may be able to pass on some tips!) but the Chinese teenager reached the final of a 50K last week.

I couldn't quite hang on till the end of the match, but glad to see that Laura came through it!

Strange match statistically, Laura won the 1st 9 points on her opponents 2nd serve then struggled against it the rest of the match.
Also very poor BP conversion/ saving rate, otherwise it would have been more comfortable.
So not knowing how her opponent played seems like a solid performance, tomorrow should be a little bit more tricky but still comfortable.
I fancy it will be Zheng in the quarters which will be tough.
Interestingly Laura was the bookies pre tournament favourite before a ball was struck, but I suspect that was more to do with the kindness of the draw than her likelihood of winning the thing.
Fancy Cornet will win this one.

There does not seem to be a stream for Laura's match. I remember watching her last year, but perhaps there are only streams for the latter part of the tournament? Does anyone have any more info ?
