So maybe I should remove the statement about Dave being the stronger doubles player as it is clearly subjective and based on 3-4 viewing.
the fact is that after winning week in week out on the 10k circuit, they took the risk to step up to challengers with minimal success so far. This cannot be financially sustainable for Sean as he has no singles to fall back on(won't earn much in singles via challenger qualifying). Dave is doing well enough in singles to earn a living with doubles as a bonus.
I guess the question I am really asking is should the LTA be funding doubles specialists?

At 5*-6 15*-40 (i.e. 2 MP to Duldaev) the scoreboard stood still for over 5 mins, and then when it got going again didn't start whirring in the way it does when there was a glitch.
Probably libel, but I can't help but feel that Brydan had a major (and cynical) hissy fit at MP down. Certainly worked. saved the 2 MP and now a TB.
If anyone knows any different I take it all back and apologise . ..
