I've asked the tournament's tweeter and I notice someone else has asked them on Facebook but no reply yet in either case.

Saw your tweet. Was tempted to "bomdard" them with one of my own.

Atleast looking like we have a 50 50 chance Kyle's getting through now, a higher chance then before ey...

Yes. but that also means there is a 50/50 chance that he is ill or injured. I would rather he played and lost than that scenario.

I have also tweeted the tournament now. Let's see if anyone is "listening".

Most of their tweets are in Romanian and unfortunately that's not a language I know. It's not that hard to work out what they're saying, but writing is a different matter and I don't want to risk using Google translate and saying something completely stupid LOL

Yes, I'm getting concerned because I think someone like Oli or the Hof would have been more likely to tweet something if it was good news. Then again, they might not want to tweet about another player's misfortune even if it meant a GB win.

I had a bet on Kyle through Bet365. Got a message from them saying that the match is off, so got my money back.

No idea who withdrew though

Well they clearly haven't moved him to the Centre Court as the "not before 3pm" match is about to start.

Also, if somebody had withdrawn, the "Live Draw" would have already been updated. The Diez v Nedovyesov match only finished a few minutes ago but that result is already updated on the Live Draw section.

So it is a mystery. Of course, Oli and the Hof could already be back at the hotel packing for the trip to Bosnia and therefore not aware of what is happening. I am pretty sure Beechy is there with Kyle.

Let's hope noone is ill or injured. I'd far rather Kyle played and lost than him getting a walkover. It doesn't really benefit anyone, except for 9 points I suppose - a marginal benefit for 12 months given Kyle's likely rankings trajectory.

Walkovers happen all the time with injuries, and usually the order of play and drawsheet are updated first thing in the morning to reflect this, from memory. Unless it's illness or a last minute emergency withdrawal. Either way, I'm surprised there's complete radio silence.
