Looking at the draw, a Brit is favourite to win every match except Peniston v (7) Hochwalt, which has just started. So if Ryan can pull off the upsets, there'd be a decent chance of all the singles points here going to Brits. Tough ask though - over 1100 places separate them in the rankings.

He's one of the Team Aegon squad but hasn't played any ITF (or better) tournaments since June. He had been playing regularly on the ITF circuit but unfortunately lost all of his $10k MD matches between late January and June this year (with the exception of a first set retirement win against Tom Burn back in February).
I presume he must have an injury of some kind - hope he's on the mend anyway.

I'm sure I saw a tweet from him a few weeks ago where he said something along the lines of 'great to get back-to-back victories, had forgotten how good that felt' or words to that effect - he was playing in one of the tour evens, I think.
And then in his next match he was down as having lost after a few games and having retired.
