Tough for Istomin and Skupski to have been hanging around all that time and then play. Sorry that they lost. Rankings utterly misleading though: Levinsky's career high was 24 and Vesely, whom we know - thanks to his partnership with Mr Golding - to have been a very handy juniors doubles player, is underranked as a senior - relatively few matches and no stable (or indeed unusually capable) partner.
Wonderful news about Murray and Peers - thought that they might win, but equally wouldn't have been shocked if they hadn't.
Good to see three wins out of four although as has been said already a shame for Ken (and partner) to make it after waiting and then fall at the first hurdle, still I assume they get a few points and a worthwhile losers cheque for their trouble?
As for the Fleming/Marray partnership discussions I think that you might also want to remember his results prior to the Wimbledon win, overall I think he's playing at a higher level than he was although I agree I wanted him to race to the top of the rankings and stay there with whoever he found as a partner so I'm unreasonably disappointed when he loses regardless of circumstance. As for Colin whilst I'd like him to do well with Jonny I don't want him to do so well that he has a dilemma over partners when Hutchins comes back, again probably unreasonable of me! Still I hope they and the other boys can go far here.

Very glad to see that win - good win and good practice against two superb players. Good luck to all for next round: Fleming/Marray 2nd on court 10 and Inglot/Huey 2nd on Court 4.
