I have never found a list of players with PRs but a doubles entry list, posted on a far less civilised tennis forum, showed Vesely and Levinsky having entered with a ranking of @125. So if Vesely's ranking is 82 then Levinsky must have a protected ranking of 43, which looking at where he was ranked before his injury seems about right.
That being said I have just made a rookie mistake. Vesely is ranked 82 now but as of the entry deadline was 78 so Levinsky's PR must be 47.
The seeds are having a pretty bad time of it so far: in addition to Marrero & Verdasco, the "bloody Poles, Fyrstenberg & Matkowski (8), & González & Lipsky (11) have bitten the dust today, while Mirnyi & Tecau (13) & Cermak & Polasek (15) crashed out in straight sets yesterday. The "demise" of the Poles is particularly relevant for Ken & Denis: they were potential second-round opponents.
(ALT) Denis Istomin (UZB)/Ken Skupski (CR 198) play Jaroslav Levinský/Jirí Veselý (both CZE) (CR 1263), third up on Court 16. (SC, over to you for accents and rankings!)
Not a terribly auspicious start: 2-3*, but I guess they need a bit of time to get used to one another's game.
