A glimmer of hope at 0-15 becomes an opportunity at 0-30.
Nishikori follows a big serve out wide with a big forehand but Evo responds with an incredible stretch volley next point. 15-40 and 2 set points for Dan.

 I know the feeling! I've got the laptop, desktop and tablet out in full force with one for each match and a 3rd for the bbc live text and the forum!

 

Evo in trouble right away at 15-40 in Set 2 though...

And Nishikori breaks .

However, Dan goes from 40-0 up in the next to BP down with a handful of errors.
What a rally! Great stuff from both and Dan saves the BP with a huge forehand.

Had to nip out and get some food in. Left with Dan a break down.

Come back to see he has won the first set. Wow !! Go Evo.

Win or lose, I think a lot of people will sit up and take notice.
