That was the poster concerned's first-ever post and non-mods can't change thread titles, so I'd guess it's one of those 'make the first post look like a real one' scams (*) and the text was maybe automatically copied from another post on here, which may have been one from years ago before week numbering was standard on tournament threads.

I won't ban 'her' just in case it's a real person and I have missed what 'she' meant.

(*) Why would a spam bot do that? Perhaps because on some forums, the first post has to go through a moderator before it appears and then they are free to post whatever they want after that.
