It's difficult to tell whether Emily got in or not - she was above everyone in qualifying on the Alt list but she is still in the US (due to play a doubles SF tonight) so if she didn't scrape in, she wouldn't be able to be in the qualifying draw here.

Emily's doubles is not on the OoP for today in Landisville, and I can't see it being played tonight as it also involves Tara.....so more likely it will be played tomorrow along with the final.......that means she would have to be in the MD to play here.

No sign of Emily in the draw - not really a surprise under the circumstances. The player who was just above her on the Alt list isn't in either, so it may be that Emily would have needed to play qualifying, which obviously she couldn't do.

As expected, Amandas opponent will be Friedsam, the #1 seed, but it took her over 2 3/4 hours to win in 3 sets in her 1st round match.
