Only gives him a 90 point boost because because his lowest "best 18 score" is 90 points.
Jonny Marray also gets a 90 point boost by not playing here as he loses the mandatory zero he has from last year and so adds another score that is currently non-countable.
The boost to his ranking will be small as will have to drop his 18th best result which was a 90 pointer. It'll start to be really positive if they win again later on today.....
Muzz into his first Masters doubles semi (he had been 0-4 in QFs - 3 at Indian Wells, 1 here in 2011) and Colin into his 2nd (after Shanghai last year) - the latter's career high must be under serious threat now - he has 2660 points c.f. the player at his current career high (24), who has 2640.

Forget career highs. This is a chance for Colin to get the biggest title of his career.

Well said, RJA! Only the Bryans or Lindstedt & Nestor (6) in his (& Andy's) way!
Lindstedt and Nestor it is. Good tournament for Canada so far. Can Messrs Murray and Fleming stop someone who started playing this tournament when Mr Murray in particular was barely born?
Do wish Mr Murray played doubles more frequently. And glad doing so is giving him match practice this week.
